The U.S. Department of Energy's Gateway for Accelerated Innovation in Nuclear (GAIN) program awarded Antares a voucher to support its core design work with Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Oak Ridge will perform an independent, technical audit of Antares' R1 microreactor design, with a focus on the core's neutronics and thermal hydraulics design calculations.

GAIN's voucher program provides advanced nuclear technology innovators with access to world-class expertise and resources at U.S. Department of Energy national laboratories.
