Antares is building out its Quality program, led by Head of Quality Doug Crawford, who joins us with almost 2 decades of experience at SpaceX and Pratt & Whitney. We think its invaluable to start early with a fully formed quality program to ensure NQA-1 compliance from the beginning to avoid rework and retrofitting to comply with quality standards later on.

Doug participated in the bi-annual ASME Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA) Meeting last week at INL. It was an invaluable experience to connect with leading experts in the nuclear quality industry and to gather insightful feedback on our quality program development and implementation efforts.

A big thank you to Spencer Daw for the opportunity to present at the New Nuclear Reactor Developer Panel Discussion. Sharing our challenges and hearing perspectives from the subcommittees on our proposed solutions was incredibly helpful. The feedback we received will be instrumental as we continue building out our quality processes and program to achieve the highest standards of quality and reliability in our products.
