Antares opened a new 128,000 square foot factory in Torrance, CA for research and development, component manufacturing, and ultimately assembling its first microreactors.

The new facility is in the heart of the greater Los Angeles industrial and manufacturing center, and will enable Antares to rapidly build and test hardware in preparation for its first fueled demonstration in 2027.

This next step furthers Antares’ mission to power critical infrastructure and commercial applications in order to bolster America’s resilient energy sources.
